The seller PixBric® specializes in the sale of mosaic artworks made from LEGO® compatible bricks under the PixBric® brand on the website pixbric.com.
These terms apply to all users, whether individuals or legal entities, and to all orders placed on the website pixbric.com.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date the order is validated.
Only the French version shall be legally binding.
Placing an order on the website implies prior consultation of these Terms and Conditions.
You may only place an order if you accept all the provisions set out below.
Accordingly, validating an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The “validation click” constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same legal value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice by PixBric®, with such modifications applying to all subsequent orders.

Article 1 – Orders
The customer must use the website pixbric.com to place an order. The order is validated when the customer clicks on “Pay now” and confirms the ordering process. The customer must also accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the designated box.
Any order placed on pixbric.com is confirmed by email. These Terms and Conditions are also attached to the order confirmation email.
The data recorded by the seller constitutes proof of the nature, content, date, and payment method of the order. These records are archived by the seller. The customer may access them via their account on the website or by contacting customer service at: contact@pixbric.com.
Orders are only processed upon receipt of payment and the required photo(s) necessary to complete the order (except for ready-to-build pixel art kits).
Providing bank card details and final order validation constitute proof of the order and acceptance of payment obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Article 2 – Prices and Billing
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes (VAT). They apply at the time of order validation and do not include shipping costs, which are added before final confirmation.
Prices cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
If taxes or contributions are created or modified, such changes may be reflected in product prices.
An invoice is issued for each delivery (even partial) and is available in the customer’s account on pixbric.com.
For orders shipped outside the European Union (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, overseas territories, or the United States), the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or VAT required by local authorities.
Article 3 – Payment Terms
The customer may pay via:

Payments are secured and encrypted. The card is charged upon order validation, subject to approval by payment providers.
In case of refusal, the seller may suspend the order and the customer must contact their bank.

Payment in 3 installments (interest-free)
Available for orders starting from €100 (including shipping).
Products remain the property of PixBric® until full payment is received.
In case of non-payment, PixBric® reserves the right to reclaim the products at the customer’s expense.
Late payments may incur penalties calculated at 1.5 times the legal interest rate, without prior notice.
Article 4 – Delivery
The customer must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.
PixBric® cannot be held responsible for errors in address details or resulting delivery issues. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Delivery is carried out by postal services (Colissimo or tracked letter). Shipping times typically range from 5 to 10 business days.
In case of lost parcels, investigation times may vary from one to three weeks.
If an order is not received, the customer must contact support at contact@pixbric.com
. No refund or reshipment will occur during the investigation.
Upon confirmation of loss, the customer may choose a refund or reshipment.
The customer must inspect the package upon delivery in the presence of the carrier. Any damage must be noted in writing on the delivery slip with detailed reservations.
Claims must be sent within two business days by registered letter.
The mention “subject to unpacking” has no legal value.
Any product not reported as damaged at delivery cannot be refunded or replaced.
Signing the delivery slip without reservation constitutes acceptance of the order.
Article 5 – Warranty and Liability
Our LEGO® compatible bricks comply with CE standards and are fully compatible with LEGO® systems without quality differences.
The customer is solely responsible for the chosen options and the quality of the submitted photos.
The customer declares having full rights to the images provided.
By placing an order, the customer authorizes PixBric® to produce the mosaic and accepts the resulting rendering.
The customer has a 14-day withdrawal right, except for personalized products.
Customized products (such as mosaics made from customer photos) are non-refundable and non-returnable in accordance with consumer law.
PixBric® shall not be liable for failure due to force majeure or third-party actions.
PixBric® is not responsible for internet-related issues (interruptions, viruses, etc.) or legal compliance in other countries.
Product images and descriptions are non-contractual.
Color variations may occur between screen display and actual bricks due to screen differences.
PixBric bricks must not be left within reach of children under 8 years old. Parents are responsible for ensuring safe use.
PixBric® declines all responsibility for product misuse.
Article 6 – Personal Data Protection
Customer data is necessary for order processing and invoicing.
PixBric® ensures confidentiality of all customer data.
Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their data in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 7 – Intellectual Property
All content on the PixBric® website is the exclusive property of PixBric® and protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
PixBric® reserves the right to use customer photos for marketing purposes.
Article 8 – Duration
These Terms apply for the entire duration of the services offered online.
Article 9 – Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall first be subject to amicable resolution.
Failing this, the Commercial Court of Caen (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
