Delivery, Returns and Refunds
At PixBric, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. Below, you will find information about our delivery, returns and refund policies.
Delivery
PixBric orders are shipped via La Poste, using Colissimo or tracked letter services, depending on the products ordered.
Orders are generally prepared within 5 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the size and weight of the products ordered. The total shipping cost is displayed before you confirm your order.
Returns of Non-Personalized Kits
For standard pixel art kits and other non-personalized items, you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase, without having to provide a reason.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@pixbric.com, providing your order number and details of the items concerned.
Products must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal request, carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transport. We recommend reusing the original packaging whenever possible.
The direct cost of returning items following a withdrawal is your responsibility.
Personalized Mosaics Created from Your Photos
Mosaic artworks created specifically from your photographs are personalized products made according to your specifications.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, these personalized creations are not eligible for the right of withdrawal due to a simple change of mind.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.
Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
If your order is defective, an item is missing, or you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@pixbric.com, providing your order number and, if possible, photographs illustrating the issue.
We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable statutory warranties and consumer protection laws.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, your refund will include all amounts due under applicable regulations, including the original standard delivery charges where refundable.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof of their return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
